    Marvellous blooms were on display this summer in our annual Friday Hill in Bloom competiton. FHTMO has been running Friday Hill in Bloom for 12 years and we have 3 main categories.

    Friday Hill TMO holds an Open day every summer attended by 100 residents who enjoy the communitiy event.
    However due to Covid - 19 the 2020 event is currently on hold.

    In July 2018 Friday Hill TMO celbrated 20 years of Providing the Local Housing Function to resdients in Friday Hill and Higham Park. 

Welcome to Friday Hill TMO

Friday Hill TMO (FHTMO) started trading in November 1998 following the Right to Manage process. In 1998 we managed near 1000 properties on the Friday Hill Estate in Chingford on behalf of the Housing Department within London Borough of Waltham Forest.

In 2001 FHTMO took over the management of 250 properties in Chingford Hatch and Higham Park.
