Welcome to Friday Hill TMO

The Friday Hill Tenant Management Organisation (TMO) provides housing management services on behalf of the London Borough of Waltham Forest to 1000 homes in Chingford and Highams Park.

The TMO started trading on the 2^nd November 1998 and is run by a committee of residents living in the properties which come under the management of FridayHill TMO.  

The TMO provides the following services Repairs, Allocation and Void Management, Rent Arrears and Rent Enquires, Housing Management, Caretaking and Grounds Maintenance. 

Friday Hill TMO has a Business Plan which sets out the TMO’s vision and values it also has Community, Governance, Organisational and Service Objectives. To see more about the TMO please look under general information.

In 1999 Friday Hill TMO set up a charity called Friday Hill Community Association (FHCA) to provide a range of community facilities and activities. FHCA is committed to organising a summer trip to the seaside, an event at Christmas for children and runs the successful Friday Hill in Bloom competition. If you would like to enter this competition which is judged in July please contact the office and ask to speak to Bonita.

All our residents are automatically members of Friday Hill TMO Ltd and are very welcome to come along to the monthly board meetings. These are held on the last Thursday of the month at The Chingdale Centre at 7.30pm. If you wish to attend please contact the office and speak to Jeremy Carson. We look forward to seeing you!
