Damp and Mould

It can be worrying to notice damp and mould in your home.  Damp and mould has many causes, some of which are to do with the buildings themselves and some can be caused by the way you use them.  It is really important that we work together to minimise the conditions that allow damp to cause damage and mould to grow which can be a hazard to your health.

You may have seen a lot in the news recently about Awaab's Law which has changed the way social landlords have to deal with this.  If you notice any in your home it is important that you report it to us straight away.  It is also important for you to report repairs to us promptly as a method of prevention.
