Currently we have three forms.
Complaints Form
THis can be completed and submitted to FHTMO should you wish to complaint about a service you have received. Within our policies section you will find out full complaints procedure.
Mutual Exchange Application
Should you wish to carry out a Mutual Exchange you can now completed the form online and submit it direct to FHTMO.
Repairs Satisfaction
The quality of the repairs that FHTMO carry out an our contractors is very important. Therefore we encourage all residents to complete and submit the form in order for the TMO to receive feedback. All returned forms will be entered into a quarterly prize draw worth £25.00 All for One Gift card
General Enquire
This form can be completed for any enquire which will then be dealt with by a member of the TMO staff.
